To Apply
Please fill out all portions, one application per resident over 18, and provide it to us with a $20 fee for each application. We will also need a copy a photo ID for each applicant and a copy of the application letter with your acknowledgement at the bottom. You can mail it to P.O. Box 216, Half Moon Bay, CA 94019 or fax it directly to Moriah @ 650 726-2734 (you must mail your check to the P.O. Box)
