Moriah has been a licensed Realtor and Property Management Specialist on the Coast for almost 10 years. She has helped connect hundreds of tenants with their perfect homes, and landlords with tenants they love.

Moriah also represents buyers and sellers with her business partner, best friend, sister in law, and licensed real estate broker, Lisa.

Lisa and Moriah work together as a team which allows them to have the best of both worlds as dedicated real estate agents and devoted moms. They are “real people” with local lives and their clients get the bonus of two licensed agents working to handle all of their Real Estate and Property Management Needs.

Together Lisa and Moriah have more than 30 years of sales and marketing experience. Lisa comes from a sales background where she spent many years managing major accounts at the corporate level, she is also a professional photographer. Moriah spent several years in customer service with a specialty in print marketing. Both are creative, enthusiastic, detail oriented, and professional (clients often find them a bit entertaining.)

Moriah and Lisa are members of a native coastal family and are currently raising the 5th generation of their family to live on the coastside. Lisa and her husband Matt, who also works in the community, live in Half Moon Bay with their son. Moriah and her husband Geoff, a 4th generation commercial fisherman, live in El Granada and are the parents of a special needs son.

Moriah and Lisa believe strongly in the integrity of their local roots, and a “real people” approach to make every transaction a postivie experience their clients can trust. Together they bring their deep love and knowledge of the coastside to life for their clients.
